Smart Grid

An idea that may just save our world,

I hope it can be implemented in Indonesia very soon because the people’s way of dealing with electricity is not very good. We have trouble keeping up with the nation’s electricity needs (some residential areas are still without electricity!) and yet many, many people are extravagant in the way they use their electricity. Hey, look at the bright side, it’s diversity. As our nation’s slogan says, ‘Unity in Diversity’. Wait, that’s not right. Haha

No matter how much we love our family and friends, a part of us needs the occasional moment of solitude as a plant needs water.

15 5 10 Again and Again

Keep on writing, and writing away. It’s actually really nice. Authors must have a great time. They write every single day. It is somewhat, relaxing. Weird, maybe because I haven’t gotten used to it yet. But, nonetheless, relaxing.

S fixed! Yes!
Anyway, Everyday, in the last 3 years I have explored the words engineering and electricity. And after 3 years, I find that when I have explored one thing about one of those words, 1000 things come up that I want to explore a little bit more. Engineering, what is engineering? I guess it is what I have been living around for the past 3 years, and I hope for the rest of my life, because engineering opens new possibilities for the world, and I want to be a part of that. Engineering.

3 days left until the end of my junior year in college. The last 3 years has gone by so fast. Just one more year left. One more year.
One year is a short time. I have to start writing more. I have to start using English more. I have to start preparing for graduate school. Start reading GRE preparations. And I have to fix my damn keyboard because the S is really bugging me right now. Anyway, one year left till I can and will have to decide on my own my next move. For now, I really have to get this S fixed! And learn more complicated words to say in English!

I have found that old hobbies, although for a while can be forgotten, give the same feeling of joy when you explore it again in a later time. I have recently started exploring my old hobby again, film editing. A few years ago, after effects and premier were one of my frequently used software in my computer. My busy routine has driven me away from those times and now, having some time off, it is nice to be able to explore it once again. Animations, how wonderful to be able to explore them once again.
A Dream Deferred by Langston Hughes

What happens to a dream deferred?
Does it dry up
like a raisin in the sun?
Or fester like a sore–
And then run?
Does it stink like rotten meat?
Or crust and sugar over–
like a syrupy sweet?
Maybe it just sags
like a heavy load.
Or does it explode?

Excellent poetry, from a great poet. I read this poem for the first time in the eight grade and, now reading it back and having grown older, I can relate more to this poem now, than ever before. it is as fascinating as the first time I read it. A dream deferred. Have you had one?
